To sign in to your Betonic account, you need a registered profile and the email address or phone number you used at sign-up, plus your password. If you don’t have an account yet, the login screen routes you to registration first, and you won’t be able to access the cashier or personal settings without completing that step.
Betonic login works the same way on a desktop browser and on mobile devices. On PC, open the site and use the “Log in” button in the header; on mobile, the entry point sits in the top menu and keeps the same fields and security checks. After signing in, you land in your account area where you manage deposits, withdrawals, and profile details.
Open the Betonic site, tap Log in at the top, then enter your email (or username) and password. If you turned on Face ID/Touch ID in your browser or password manager, approve it to sign in faster.
Use Forgot password on the login screen and reset it from the email link, then try again with the new password. If you copied the password from a manager, retype it once to rule out hidden spaces.
Check spam/junk and the Promotions tab first, then search your inbox for “Betonic” and resend the message once. If nothing arrives after a few minutes, switch to a different network (Wi‑Fi/mobile) and try again.
Log in with email and password if you still have them, then update your phone number in account settings. If the account requires SMS verification and you can’t receive it, contact Betonic support and complete an identity check to restore access.
Clear site cookies for Betonic or open it in a private/incognito window, then sign in again. If it still loops, disable ad blockers for the site and make sure your browser isn’t blocking third‑party cookies.
On your own device, staying logged in is fine if you lock your phone and don’t share your browser profile. On a shared device, use Log out from the account menu and clear saved passwords in the browser to prevent auto‑login.
